GLF Schools Teacher Training with Inspiring Future Teachers Teacher Training are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff to share this commitment. Members of all our selection panels are Safer Recruitment trained, and we require all successful applicants to undergo an enhanced DBS and Barred List check. 

We will have due regard to The Equality Act 2010 and amendments in place in January 24 and the Special Educational Needs and Disability Act 2001. All decisions relating to recruitment and selection are based on objective criteria related to the programme's requirements and the need to recruit high-quality teachers.
