Jo Burkill

I am the SCITT People Operations Coordinator, providing support to the Teacher Training team and trainees, from initial recruitment and onboarding and throughout the training year. 

I have worked in education since 2005, having previously worked within HR in the NHS. From initially being based in school I was excited to be involved in the beginning of the establishment of GLF Schools in 2012 and the development of a Central People Team. 

I have had the privilege of working with the Teacher Training Team since 2018 and enjoy every year meeting and supporting the new cohort of trainees as they begin their teaching journey.
