"Having spent my early teaching career aspiring to the best primary teacher I could be, I then ventured into the world of Primary leadership, initially as an Assistant Head, then into Deputy Headship overseeing Teaching and Learning and Curriculum and then more recently into Headship as the Head of two primary settings. 

I have now moved to work with the Teaching School Hub where I work on the SCITT and NPQ programmes.

I love facilitating on both programmes as it is always wonderful to work with both trainee teachers as well as leaders, developing themselves, their practice and their settings"
